I believe it was destined for this player to come into my life. I must have made a soul contract with him in our past lives for him to come into my life and put me through the “Dark Night of the Soul” for a very, very long time. There was no escaping fate…

I Hope ~ Gabby Barrett

At that point, I had already been seeing my health care practitioner every week for months. One day, she told me that she’s moving with her boyfriend to Las Vegas, and that she’ll actually get paid more over there. This player, who just recently acquired his Minnesota license, was her replacement.

When we first arrived in Minnesota, we rented a single-family townhome in Maple Grove, and the company that my husband used to work for was also based in Maple Grove. So, we basically consider Maple Grove to be our home in Minnesota. Almost all of my activities, and all of the doctors I see are in Maple Grove. I only found out much later on that there’s actually a clinic branch that’s closer to my current townhome now.

He was inexperienced and had actually given me some pretty bad (especially neck) adjustments to the point where I dissociated, due to pain.   He got better as time went on, thank goodness, and I continued to see him weekly for adjustments, but then Covid struck. I mentioned to him that I’m worried about Covid and asked what he thought about people wearing masks? He didn’t seem much concerned about it, so I made the decision to stop going for weekly treatments and to only go if it’s absolutely necessary. I also contacted the regional sales director to let her know about my concerns regarding Covid, and asked whether the healthcare practitioners would consider wearing a mask when treating patients, especially since I still plan on going for adjustments on an as needed basis?

About six weeks later, I woke up one morning with extreme pain on my right rib. I went in to see him right away for an adjustment, and felt better afterwards. Thank goodness he was wearing a mask! I also felt that it was probably in my best interest to start having weekly adjustments again. Thus, fate brought us back together again.

Then came the issues with my husband’s third-shift job, and we decided to move back to California right after the Labor Day weekend. However, I guess Divine Source felt that I still haven’t learned the lessons that I’m supposed to learn (i.e. to love myself, to stand up for myself, and to take care of my own health and my own needs), so it was by miracle that at the very last moment, a high paying client approached my husband for business and we decided to continue to stay in Minnesota.

At this point, this player had already been messing with my mind with his seduction techniques, leading me on, making me dissociate, showing extreme interest in me, exhibiting jealousy behaviors, hurting me, treating me, and the sadistic cycle just went on and on, until I finally forced the truth out of him last Thursday (September 16, 2021), and found out that he had started to date someone else since the Spring / Summer of this year.

I guess he realized from his early bad adjustments causing me pain, that pain or too forceful of adjustments will cause me to dissociate, thus he knew exactly how to make me dissociate. I have been having chiropractic adjustments for a very long time and have experienced adjustments by many many chiropractors in my life. Never once have any of them caused me to dissociate, even when they performed a poor adjustment and caused me pain. That’s also why I wonder if it was fate that sent this Devil into my life?

And then recently, I started dissociating when my PT pressed too hard when doing myofascial release treatments on me. I wonder if all of the dissociation that manho had been causing me since last year has made my body weak now? I dissociated for a few years (especially when becoming intimate) after my ex raped me. However, it stopped completely afterwards. I have not dissociated (maybe occasional daydreaming sometimes, but definitely not to such a serious degree to where my mind ends up leaving my body for a while) for at least 14 years now. That is why I even forgot that I was diagnosed with untreated PTSD after my concussion back in January 2019 and only remembered it after I started to dissociate when getting treated by manho. I need to be very careful of my state of mind and my health now, and make sure that I don’t dissociate again with anyone, or at any place.

Same scenario with my PT. After manho ordered me to go and see a doctor for the numbness & tingling down my right arm, I made an appointment to see an orthopedic surgeon. I also made an appointment to see my previous PT. Turns out that she was on maternity leave, so I ended up seeing my current PT in the meantime. Then my current PT informed me not long thereafter that my previous PT has applied to be transferred to a different clinic location, so he became my permanent PT instead. My current PT is good though, and I like his treatment style & personality.

But it’s almost like the same scenario all over again with manho replacing my previous chiropractor who left for Las Vegas. And then I started dissociating at times when my PT pressed too forcefully with his myofascial release treatments. And they’re both of the exact same age and similar educational background as well! It’s almost as if the Universe is testing me again to make sure that I have truly learned my lesson?

Difference though, is that my current PT is very honest and straight forward with me. He has his wedding ring on, and told me on our first appointment that he’s married, and has a kid and a dog. He also asked me if I had any kids or pets, and I said “No” to both. He didn’t ask me if I was married, but I decided to tell him later on that I am married, because I want to have an honest friendship with him. I enjoy seeing him for my treatments and we’re also able to have good conversations, just like friends. I also told him just recently about my untreated PTSD with dissociation, especially when I’m in pain, and we both make sure that he doesn’t press too hard with his myofascial release treatments so that I don’t end up dissociating again.

Every cloud has a silver lining. I believe that Divine Source sent this Devil (manho) into my life to force me to re-examine my beliefs, and to learn to love myself. I don’t think I have ever been played this badly, and for such a long time in my life! I am slowly, but painfully, learning my lessons now.

This player also has a lot of lessons that he needs to learn in his own life; that his reckless and hurtful actions will have consequences, and whatever harm he has done to others, will come back to him in threefold.

How to Make a Hormone-Balanced Meal?

  • Always prepare meals with a healthy protein, fat and carbohydrate.
  • Divide your plate into thirds and fill one third with the right amount of protein (same size as the palm of your hand and the same thickness) and the other 2/3rds of the plate with vegetables, add a dash of healthy fat (olive oil, avocado, coconut, ghee, nuts/seeds) and youโ€™ve got a hormonally balanced meal.
  • Go easy on fruits until youโ€™re feeling a lot better. Stick to 1 cup berries/day or granny smith apples. Follow the Approved Food List.
  • Eat within an hour of waking and never go for more than 4 – 6 hours between meals.
  • Eat a high protein breakfast within a hour of waking.
  • Say a blessing before each meal. Plants and animals give their lives so that we can live.
  • Always eat a protein, fat and whole real carbohydrate together.
  • Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are satisfied.
  • Eat mindfully and relax while eating.
  • Chew each bite 25 times!
  • Eat as many vegetables as possible (2 cups at each meal for amazing fiber, vitamins and minerals).
  • Drink plenty of clean water – fluoride and chlorine free.
  • Respect your own biochemical uniqueness – don’t eat anything that makes you feel unwell.
  • Increase high fiber foods: mostly vegetables and berries.
  • Eat high EPA/DHA fish 1 – 2 times a week (i.e. wild-caught salmon) for the amazing anti-inflammatory Omega-3 fats.
  • Eat a rainbow every day and diversify your diet to get a variety of beautiful nutrients.
  • Stop eating 3 hours before bed for your body to heal and restore.

  • ๐Ÿต๏ธ I’ve noticed that I’ve not been doing as many as the beneficial daily practices I had been doing when I was filling out my weekly accountability table, so I’m going to start doing that again now.
  • ๐Ÿต๏ธ I’ve been doing a lot more of neck stretches for the past few days since my neck has been bothering me a lot. I changed to a new pillow on Friday night, which helped a bit, but still not enough.
  • ๐Ÿต๏ธ I’ve ordered another pillow now on Amazon where you can adjust the fill of the pillow. I hope that this can be the solution to my neck and shoulder problems. Fingers crossed! ๐Ÿคž
  • Monday:
  • ๐ŸŒน When I used my CES this morning, I ended up with a headache. I’m thinking of looking into other more reliable CES devices; preferably with a good reputation, and made either in the USA, or in Canada.
  • ๐ŸŒน I’m feeling nervous about my dermatology appointment this afternoon. I think I may need to have the lipoma on my back removed as it sometimes causes pressure and pain on my scapula. Feeling nervous about the procedure, will it be painful? Will I form a scar?
  • ๐ŸŒน Also tried a new melatonin sleep patch last night. I seemed to have been able to sleep for longer before waking up. However, I’m wondering that may be the cause to my headache? Especially since I’ve been using the CES device for at least 2 weeks now, and I just started this melatonin sleep patch last night?
  • Tuesday:
  • ๐Ÿ€ The 15-Day Hormone Reset starts next Monday! Woohoo! I’m preparing myself for it by… eating foods that I’m not supposed to be eating ๐Ÿ˜œ
  • ๐Ÿ€ Not that I hadn’t been eating clean for all this time. I had been, except for when I went to the Minnesota State Fair. But since Robin will be specifically asking us to cut out on dairy, and a whole lot of other foods, and I plan on following through with it, so I figured, I might as well let myself enjoy them a bit for this week. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
  • ๐Ÿ€ Robin advocates that we cut out on coffee… my gosh! I’m thinking of doing it this time, but I’ve been drinking two cups of coffee every morning and it’s hard to imagine myself not doing so anymore. I’ll think about it more… I’m going to start off though, by just drinking one cup of coffee from today onwards.

  • ๐Ÿ’ I’ve been doing My Morning Meditation every morning, after waking up and practicing my gratitude exercise. Sometimes, I’ll also do My Mind Movie and the Biogenics practice, but I want to make sure that I always do My Morning Meditation every morning, as I feel that it’s been helping me with my mood these days. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
  • ๐Ÿ’ In our second Tarot Masterclass yesterday, Richard told us to do a One Card Reading for ourselves every day. So, I’m going to be doing that from now on. ๐Ÿ”ฎ

There may be an opportunity with training). 1:53:59 (Temperance – be cautious. Not a day to run around and make a lot of changes. Be cautious of what is being said to me today. Something might not be right today. Kind of forewarning)}.
  • ๐Ÿ’ It makes sense that I drew the Tower card this morning. My husband notified me yesterday afternoon that he will be working his third shift (part-time) again for the next two months (to fill in for the supervisor that has resigned) and will thus be coming home earlier to sleep, so that he can leave for work later on at night. I usually wake up pretty earlier in the morning, but had been having a late start, leaving home later on in the afternoons to run errands.
  • ๐Ÿ’ We have a shared driveway with our neighbors and a small garage. I park my car inside the garage and my hubby parks his on the driveway. It’s a pain to move his car out of the driveway when I’m home, in order to park my car back in the garage, and then having to move his car back onto the driveway. Thus, if possible, I’ll just wait for him to come home, then drive his car to run errands.
  • ๐Ÿ’ Now that he’s coming home earlier starting from today, I’ve had to re-plan my daily routine and go out and about earlier during the day, so that I can be home (with my car inside the garage) before he’s home. So, this Tower card does reflect me doing positive planned changes in my daily routine, in order to accommodate the situation.
  • Thursday:
  • ๐ŸŒธ I’ve decided to stop my DBT group & individual sessions, and just focus on EMDR instead, as I’m currently learning a lot of other things right now, e.g. Tarot, and Psychic Healing.
  • ๐ŸŒธ I’ve drawn the “Wheel of Fortune” today.
  • ๐ŸŒธ I don’t have to do anything. Just let the situation naturally unfold itself.
  • ๐ŸŒผ The Wheel of Fortune has just unfolded itself not long after I drew this card for today.
  • ๐ŸŒผ So, hubby will be working part-time as a third-shift supervisor for the next two months. He had this crazy idea yesterday of showing up when third shift starts, then coming home to sleep for a few hours, and then going back again to end the shift.
  • ๐ŸŒผThis means him being home by 6pm, leaving home at 9.30pm, coming home by 12am (the next morning), and then leaving home again at 4am, which sounds totally insane! ๐Ÿคช
  • ๐ŸŒผ The old me would have told him straight out yesterday that this is an insane and undoable plan in the long run. It’s not even like he’ll be able to fall asleep right away during those short hours at home.
  • ๐ŸŒผ However, knowing him… the more I tell him that it’s a bad idea, the more he’ll want to go for it. He has a this “cut his nose to spite his face” mentality whenever it comes to what I say. Therefore, I decided to hold my tongue and just let him do it his way.
  • ๐ŸŒผ He texted me just now to say that his plan is not efficient ๐Ÿ˜œ , so he plans on coming home by 3pm, and leaving home by 9.30pm instead, which makes a lot more sense! It also does not disturb the routine I have formed for myself, which is leaving home to run errands later on in the day. I’ll just have to wait for him to arrive and then drive his car instead, which means that I might have to fill up his gas for him, and deal with his warzone car again. ๐Ÿ™„
  • ๐ŸŒผ However, I prefer this a lot more than his initial plan, which kind of turned my routine completely upside down.
  • ๐ŸŒผ Lesson I have learned from this? Let others learn their own lessons themselves. If a kid never touches the hot stove, they’ll never know that they’ll get burned. But once they’ve touched it, they will never touch it again.
  • Friday:
  • ๐ŸŒป I drew the Chariot card today ~ Advancement, Progression
  • ๐ŸŒป Now that I’ve finally heard the truth from the horse’s own filthy mouth, I can bravely move forward without any attachments whatsoever.
  • ๐ŸŒป Turns out that the colleague he’s been sleeping with is also being played by him. I’m so glad I finally had the courage to Force the truth out of his deceptive, lying, disgusting mouth! You are ugly and disgusting from inside out!
  • ๐ŸŒป I don’t feel sorry for her though, she knew exactly what she was getting herself into. Unlike in my situation, I was kept completely in the dark.
  • ๐ŸŒป What has been done to me (and the others that he has messed with) is on him. It is not a reflection of my character. He will get his Karma one day!
  • ๐ŸŒป I feel sorry for this so called “girlfriend” of his. She’s going to catch a lot of STD’s from him!
  • ๐Ÿ”ฎ Incidentally, I was drawn to watch this tarot reading yesterday morning before seeing his ugly face much later on in the afternoon. It definitely resonates with my situation. It also gave me the additional push to force the truth out of him.
  • ๐Ÿ”ฎ Tarot can be a means of your subconscious mind speaking to you, it is a very helpful tool in many situations.
