2-6 Embodying Gratitude

Gratitude is the embodiment of the attitude of appreciation. Thatสผs why itสผs a little bit higher frequency. Itสผs like youสผre living from the soulful energy of who you really are โ€“ you without your garbage and luggage. Itสผs your natural state. Itสผs your energy field that you use to be born into your body โ€“ itสผs a creative energy force. You know how we all love to hug babies and be in their energy field? Thatสผs because they havenสผt taken on all the fear, anger or worry things yet. Their energy state is spacious, grateful, loving. Sure, they have moods.

But the energy field is open and easy and they move through it rather quickly. They donสผt stay stuck and simmer in anger and frustration โ€“ unless we as parents train them that way or we donสผt handle them properly. Itสผs all about you as a parent opening your energy field and moving into love, joy and appreciation. This allows your child to move into love or above again and again and again. Itสผs being the energy of gratitude that moves them up the scale.

So how do you do this regularly? Letสผs start with allowing the energy to come into you so you can feel it. Recall a time you were grateful for something โ€“ anything; a sunset, your child, your mate, your mate proposing to you, being grateful for some success you had. So now if you have something that youสผre grateful for I want you to really feel that moment, that moment when it
happened you were so grateful for it, so appreciative.

I let that energy come into my heart and I ask it to radiate out my whole being. If you just ask energy to move itสผll do that. So just feel the energy of gratefulness, feel it coursing out your heart and radiating you. See it filling your whole cells. This is the energy you invite into your day. Your mind doesnสผt know past, present and future, so if you think of an energy or if you think of something youสผre grateful about, youสผve brought the energy in.

A gratitude and appreciation journal is a simple way to get started feeling the good consciousness inside of you. Your commitment to this says, โ€œHey, universe, I am choosing to focus my time on this planet to raising my consciousness. I am deciding to focus my energy on making this important in my life.โ€

Whatever we focus on increases and attracts to us more of the same. I have seen this one thing, the gratitude journal, change clients significantly. The important thing is the commitment to it. So to get started begin with this sentence: I am so grateful and thankful โ€“ and then fill in the blank. I like to do these morning and evening. So you can ask yourself right now, when am I committed to doing this myself to make this a part of my life? When will I commit to doing this? I like to commit to things for 30 days and then when it works it becomes a part of my habit and a part of me and then I naturally commit to doing it for 60 days and then 90 days.

Itสผs your life; you deserve to have this energy running through your body every day and eventually it becomes a part of who you are, then you naturally start looking through your life with this filter of gratitude. The luckiest people I know are also the most grateful. So write down something youสผre grateful for then ask that energy to turn up in you. Just feel it โ€“ Iสผm so grateful and thankful this is in my life. Embodying it means feeling this energy in all parts of you โ€“ itสผs attractive energy.
