Now weʼre going to talk about how to get a yes or a no intuitively. Yes will feel a different way in your body than no. Hereʼs where thatʼs useful. One example would be that my highest and best good is to send my kid to a friendʼs house tonight. If you could intuitively feel yes or no is in the highest best good for your child, that would be a good example. Maybe that night thereʼs no parental supervision or maybe thereʼs drinking involved. So this could be a good example that you could get a yes or a no for. If you get the vibration of what a yes or no is in any second of anywhere in your day, ask a question and get an answer. If I call this person right now will they be there? And get a yes or a no. If I call this person at two oʼclock? If I drive to the grocery store right now do they have the item that I need or do I need to go to the other grocery store? You can ask each question one at a time and get a yes or a no.

Weʼre going to start with feeling in your body of what a yes or no feels like. I have taught three-year olds how to start feeling the yes or a no. So they can actually feel what yes, yes, yes feels like in their body. You can start young but you know where your kids are at.

MEDITATION

Weʼre going to start with centering yourself. Get comfortable. If by chance youʼre driving, do it while youʼre driving. Later on I encourage you to also do it when youʼre not driving so you can really get a sensation. But I would rather you do it than not do it. Get comfortable. I want you to just think and feel: Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes…. Now, for a moment just imagine that you have a clothes closet and itʼs filled with yes, yes, yes type of clothing. When youʼre ready just imagine youʼre going to grab something out of the closet and youʼre going to put it on. Youʼre going to try on these yes, yes, yes type of clothing. Just feel in your body the sensation of yes, yes, yes. What does yes feel like? Do you feel a yes in some particular place in your body? Does yes feel open somewhere in your body? If yes had a color, what color would it be? If yes had a texture, what texture would it be? If yes had a sound to it, what kind of sound would yes be? Trust whatever comes up first, just trust it. If yes, yes, yes had some sort of taste, what taste would yes be? If yes had a smell, what kind of smell would yes be? Just notice in your body any other sensation that you get from feeling yes, yes, yes.

Now youʼre going to take your yes clothes off, put them back in the closet. For a moment I want you to just think no, no, no. I want you to feel, no, no, no. Now imagine in front of you a clothes closet filled with no, no, no types of clothes. Grab one thing out and try it on – put on a no, no, no kind of clothes. In your body where do you feel no? Do you feel no in a particular place? Does some part of your body contract? Does some part of your body feel heavy? If no had a color, what color would no, no, no be? If no had a sound, what kind of sound would no, no, no be? And if no had a taste, what kind of taste would no, no, no be? If no had a texture, what kind of texture would no be? If no had a smell, what kind of smell would no, no, no be? What other sensation do you just notice or get from the feeling of no?

When youʼre ready just take the piece of no clothing off and hang it back in the closet. Now weʼre going to try something new on. I want you to think maybe, maybe, maybe. Maybe, maybe, maybe. Imagine a clothes closet filled with maybe kinds of clothes. Take maybe out of the closet and put it on. Feel what maybe feels like in your body. Does maybe contract or open up any particular place in your body? Does maybe have a different feeling in your body? If maybe had a color what color would maybe be? If maybe had a sound what sound would maybe be? If maybe had a taste what taste would maybe be? If maybe had a texture to it what kind of texture would maybe be? What smell would maybe be What other sensation do you get from the sensation of maybe? Maybe maybe, maybe. Maybe, maybe, maybe – what sensation? When youʼre ready, take that piece of clothing off and hang it back up.

Now every individual is unique and you might feel different than everybody else would feel. Now letʼs switch your body back to yes, yes, yes. You always want to remember to keep your body turned to the yes style. Turn your body back to yes, yes, yes . Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes, yes. Just feel what yes is again. The reason that yes feels so good is, yes is really who you are, to you hooked up to the light. If youʼve ever been around somebody whoʼs a no person, kind of nixing your ideas, telling you it canʼt be done; can you see how that can get a little depressing? It feels a little weird in your body, right? It gets you a little down, maybe? Have you ever been around a maybe person? You may have noticed that itʼs hard to get things accomplished and the energyʼs kind of swirly? For me itʼs kind of swirly.

So as a courtesy to yourself, as a being really nice to yourself, keep your vibe on yes. Yes, yes, yes! Thatʼs great, see how intuitive you are? Now you know that at the end of the day you can get intuitive answers for yourself. All you have to do is start asking questions and practice feeling of what yes and no feels like in your body so that in a split second you know.

2-05 Divinely Wise-Self

MEDITATION

Get into a comfortable position and relax. Sitting or lying down is OK. Take a few deep breaths. Breathe in and release your day. Breathe in again and release your day. Breathe in one more time and relax and let your day go. Close your eyes and look up. Sense, feel or see the light that is a source and connect to it. Allow this light to come into you, feeling the energy of the light pulsating and allow it to fill up your head and your energy field easily. Allow it to come into your head, your eyes, your ears, your face, your skin. Allow it to flow into your neck and shoulders.

This light is a source of relaxation and peace of mind. Feel this light flowing into your chest, into your heart, filling your heart behind your shoulder blades. Move this liquid light into your arms and out your fingertips. Let this light source you and relax you. Allow it to flow into your belly, your back and down into your hips. This source light smoothes out your energy field and moves through your
body. Feel this light bathe away any stress and any worry as it moves into your hips, your thighs, your knees, your calves an out your feet. Any and all energies you desire to release can be let go of into the ground.

The earth loves and supports you. Take a deep breath and feel the support from the earth. Take a deep breath, fill your heart and feel the light support you. Focus on your breathing; relax, feeling peaceful and focused. When you are ready weʼre going to call in your guides and council. These guides and council have been with you for awhile. Theyʼre here to protect, source you and help you. Theyʼre only for your good.

Ask them to join you and form a circle of love and light around you. You may only see them as light or you may see them very clearly. Either way is OK. Send out love from your heart and feel a big hug returned back to you. Whenever you send love from your heart to these guides and angels they return a big hug back, overfilled with joy, peace and love. Ask the guide to the right to send you some heart energy so you can feel and connect to them.

Move around the circle, sending and receiving this love to each member in the circle. Iʼll give you a moment. When youʼre ready imagine that the circle of these guides or angels opens opposite you, making space for the energy that is your true essence to enter. This is your most divinely wise self wanting to be noticed. You may only see it at first as a shimmering light. However it appears is perfect for you.

Invite this divinely wise self to join your circle and sit opposite you. Mentally ask this divinely wise self to create a stronger connection. Ask this divinely wise self to send you a huge gust of love energy and when you feel it, send some back. When youʼre ready, ask this divinely wise self to merge with you, creating a connection, embodying the energy of the divinely wise self into you. It is safe, right and good to be this divinely wise.

You are reclaiming this essence and asking it to merge more fully into you. Breathe in and make yourself more spacious, allowing this divinely wise self in. Feel your atoms and your molecules energizing and filling with this divinely wise self.

Ask this divine essence to make you more comfortable in your body, knowing all is well. When it feels fully merged start to ask, “What would my divinely wise self feel like in this body?” Maybe you notice that you feel more confident, more observant, more aware, more full of love. Take on the characteristics of your divinely wise self and notice how it feels. This divinely wise self can help you with any situation you may need guidance on at any moment, in any part of your day. Ask yourself as your divinely wise
self what guidance can they bring you now?

Ask your divinely wise self, “What do I need to know for my day today?” Ask your divinely wise self are you blocking any awareness that you could receive now? Ask your divinely wise self, “How do I open my heart more?” Ask your divinely wise self, “Do I have any other messages about my spiritual growth and higher purpose?” Ask your divinely wise self, “Is there something you can let me know about one of loved ones?”

Thank your divinely wise self. Ask it to be fully present in your body and in your life, upgrading your life every day so that you can live from this space. When youʼre ready you can open your eyes, feeling fully awake, fully energized, thankful.
