MY THOUGHTS:

  • 03/13/21:
  • Do NOT run away from adversities. Face your fears. Stand your ground. At the same time, learn to choose your battles wisely.
  • It is normal to have stressors in our lives. That is all part of living. The key to living a happy, fulfilled life is to learn how to respond to these normal stressors. Develop resilience in your mind, body and spirit – physically, emotionally, and mentally.

  1. Excellent blog! Do you have any suggestions for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own blog soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you recommend starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed .. Any suggestions? Thanks!

    • Thank you! πŸ˜€ I would suggest you starting off with WordPress, and not a paid platform. I also recommend you choose one of the free WordPress themes, and not go with a paid one either.

My other website at https://www.chinese-medicine-doc.com uses a paid theme. The problem with paid themes is that the author stops updating the theme after a while. The WordPress themes gets updated consistently, which is also good for the security of your website as well. I’m using a free WordPress theme for this website.

I’ve also learned to use only the absolutely necessary plugins so that it doesn’t clog up the memory space and loading speed of your website.

Please feel free to contact me using the contact form if you would like for me to share more of my experiences with you as well.
