I am the creator of my own life.
If I add this energy to my life, what comes in?
If I add this person (thing) into my life, what does my life look like?
Just ask the energy of whatever I desire to show up, and pretty soon, it usually shows up in physical form.
Start with blessing my day and my loved ones’ day.
A blessing is a high vibrational energy that comes from my heart. It depends on the words and the intent that I use.
“I bless myself with pure love and light. I bless myself with pure source energy.” Feel it with my heart.
Dear God, Archangel Michael, Archangel Raphael, and Archangel Gabriel:
Please protect me, my loved ones, my home, my car, my surroundings, possessions, and belongings. Thank you. Amen.
Close my eyes. Look up to the light. See or sense energy 300 feet above me. See, sense, feel, believe, and imagine that I am connected to the light and imagine that this light forms a beam of light and just comes straight into my crown and showers my entire body.
Ask this light to come through my crown, opening all the knowing centers up so that I can know, see, believe, feel, and heal all of my abundance & generosity.
Ask this light to come through my throat so I can communicate the truth of being an abundant creational being.
Ask this light to come into my heart, and open my heart so that I can feel this energy of abundance and generosity.
Ask this light to come into my solar plexus, opening up my nervousness, fear, anxiety, washing it away so that I can feel who I truly am, embodied in the energy of abundance.
Ask this light to come into my power centers, opening up all the places where I feel disempowered, moving me to the place where I can feel abundance, generosity, and feel spirit moving through me.
Open up all my channels to receive all my abundance better than I ever expect, knowing that I deserve it in all ways.
Ask this light to come into my roots, so that I’m rooted in the new reality, that I am even better than I was yesterday. I am now in the reality field called abundance, and everything I ask for shows up for me.
I ask the quality of my life to increase.
I ask this light to connect to the center of the planet where it feels the happiest, the lightest, the most loved.
I ask this light in the center of the planet to bounce back into my heart, radiating out from my heart like a great central sun 360 degrees all the way around me.
I ask this light to expand ten feet all the way around me, filling my whole energy field with the energy of generosity, abundance, plenty, ease, happiness, love, wealth, and great health.
I ask this light to expand past my city, my county, my state, my country, planet earth, and this galaxy, sending all beings love and light.
Form a blessing ball of light and label it ‘My Day’. Form a separate one for each of my loved ones and label it their name and day. Give it a color for whatever I want to show up.
Green is for healing and abundance.
Gold or pink is for love.
Gold is for my god-self.
Brown is for grounding.
Red is for material needs.
White is for all colors of the rainbow spectrum.
I can also imagine it to be of the diamond ray, multi-colored, or all colors of the rainbow.
Archangels, Angels, and Guides, please help me add whatever would be lovely and beneficial to my day? Add anything else I wish to show up in my life today; people, places, gifts, friendship, loving comments, compliments,and attention, etc.
Imagine it long enough and it will show up.
See everyone who thinks of me or sees me to receive love, gratitude, just by thinking of me or being with me.
Add love, guidance, forgiveness, gratitude, happiness, health, wealth, abundance and whatever else I want to add into my blessing ball of light.
When I’m ready, just be with it for a moment and add the energy of:
I bless myself (or my loved one’s name) with pure love and light. I bless myself with purified source energy.
Place the blessing ball of light in my heart and send the energy to my day, smoothing everything out with ease, joy, and abundance. Visualize my day to be a day of great success!
If there’s anything that I’m worried about, then say to myself:
‘Everything that is causing this sense of worriness in me, I delete, uncreate, and de-story it across all time, space, dimension and reality.
What vibrational energy can I become to be happy, healthy, wealthy, and well-loved? What vibrational energy can I become to feel love abundantly?
What would it take for me to know that the universe is loving, kind, generous, and supportive?
I fill myself up with lots of love, health, wealth, abundance, and happiness!
